Hands down, the worst experience you could ever wish for. If moving house isn't stressful enough for you I recommend these; slow, uninterested, incompetenent and unhelpful solicitors. If you are currently looking for solicitors to help you through the legality of moving then I strongly advise you against Runnett & Co. I wish some had warned me!

We bought a flat and hired a Runner&Co solicitor to do the legal work for us. They've done a poor job, made a lot of mistakes in the documents, including the most important ones. We've paid a one year service charge, and 5 months later found out that the money has been still on their account. I would not recommend their services.
