We will keep you fully informed about the progress of your matter and will explain things in a clear and concise way rather than legal jargon. Many of our staff are Welsh speaking and we offer home visits.
Roland specialises in all areas of Property Law, from residential and commercial to agricultural. In his spare time he enjoys gardening. Ceri is a busy mum who specialises in Wills, Probate, Tax Planning, Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection work. Llinos specialises in residential and commercial Property Law.
Our specialist property department will deal with all of your property transactions whether straightforward or complicated. The highly trained and experienced team will also guide you through the testing times of selling and buying your own home, re-mortgaging, dealing with your commercial property or simply giving your property to your nearest and dearest.

I don't know why anyone would go anywhere else in Carmarthen. Andy is brilliant, extremely knowledgeable and constantly keeps you in the loop throughout the entire home buying process. I must also say that Christian is fantastic and is a wealth of knowledge, he was able to provide me with some excellent advice that was nothing to do with conveyancing. When I move house, this is the only firm I will be using to deal with the legal work.
