Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value We had to threaten the legal ombudsman before they handed my dad's will over. Really unsympathetic to his passing away as well. Seems on the verge of being closed. Shame.

Went in for a change of surname, solicitor never got back to me. It's been over a month since I last heard from the solicitor. Very disappointed as I know they usually have exceptional service. At least the receptionist was nice.

We had quite a difficult house move and so I am really grateful for having the support of Johnson & Gaunt. They always had our back and offered an excellent level of service and expertise throughout the process.

Possibly one of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Started with the haughty receptionist who made me feel that I was interrupting her work rather than being the reason for her work and culminated in being spoken down to by a solicitor (can't remember his name, unfortunately). Once the meeting was finished he let me find my own way out of his first floor office. Didn't have the courtesy to escort me. (I got lost but made it in the end). Just awful. Felt so humiliated.
