A former partner of Kendrick Mees, David co-founded Hutsby Mees in 1995. David was admitted to the Roll in 1976 and has practised in Stafford for over 30 years. He specialises in matrimonial matters. We used Hutsby Mees approx 2 years ago for the first time when my Dad died. David Mees visited my mum in her own home to assist and advice on Mum re.doing her will. Les than a year later Mum sadly passed away Bridget Price assisted me sorting out Mums Probate and in less than 10 months David Mees dealt with the sale of three properties and one purchase it was all sorted within 10 months. We used CO OP probate services for my Dad never again Extremely slow very patronising no properties to sell yet took so much longer.

Nightmare is all I can say! I was not kept in the loop AT ALL! Trying to get an update on what was going on seemed like an inconvenience for them. The woman I dealt with (Sarah) was very nice. Just a shame about everyone else. They were very patronising and I felt like an idiot whenever I asked them a question. And to top all this off, on our final day dealing with them, they had made an error with our paperwork which couldn't be corrected until the end which caused us a lot of stress!

In my experience having spoken to Mr Mees on two separate occasions, who is representing his Client, and required information from myself as respondent, I found him to be very rude, with a self importance attitude! He needs to do a Customer Service Course! Not professional at all! No apology either for his mistake when sending out incorrect spellings on paperwork. I will not be using them in the future!

Unfriendly, just what another solicitor give me them phone number to deal with family problems and I was rejected straight way with reason they don't deal anymore with whitout even say a good bye, liers, one colleague from work are dealing with you guys for 1years for same problems, but thank, you are so kind and helpful!
