I injured my leg in an accident at a marina in October 2017 but it took a long time for the true extent of the damage to become apparent. I spent a lot of money on medical treatment and lost a considerable amount of income due to time in hospital and being incapacitated. An incredible, outstanding service given by Jan Boulter and her PA Michelle Ross, at the Stafford branch.
