Woodfines has hosted a number of Golf Days, with the aim of raising money for good causes close to us. In 2017, the event raised 1,600 for the MND Association, in support of our colleague, James. In 2015, the event raised 2,300 for Sue Ryder St John's Hospice in Moggerhanger, in memory of our colleague, Ashley.

Pleasant, but very cold and informal. Wouldn't recommend. I felt like I had to beg people who entered into power trips due to this pandemic and uncertainty due to this virus. I hope the next person who vist, will get a more friendly person who able to help and make us feel confident in their services. Im sorry to say I didn't get that when I rang to ask for legal help as i was desperate and i didn't know what to do for the best.

Taking into account all aspects of their service I can give no points in communication accuracy, responding, being accurate, providing documents or on time, dismissive, diversity is an issue, mistakes, looking after your interests. Senior partners and head of departments give you a metaphoric finger if you raise a concern and dont bother even responding. Not just "not very good", but they really don't care, a real eye opener to the reality of what a law firm can get away with, a firm 0/10

Sent an email at 8 pm, next morning 10 am Andrew Carter contacted me for a 30 minutes chat where he explained the process I should take against fraud, as I was a victim of fraud and it was a bit more complicated as it involved a company. He was brilliant and offered advice free of charge and did ease my mind of the process plus he did say that if needed or the process takes a turn for bad I can always come back and they will provide legal aid (paid of course) but I do feel that if needed they would be the number one company to get in touch regards legal matters. Extremely friendly and professional.

I needed a solicitor to witness a Statutory Declaration for me. This was first time that I was needing this service. I called Woodfines, a pleasant and helpful lady answered on reception and arranged an appointment for me the same afternoon. She also told me that the standard fee for this would be 5. The solicitor witnessed my Statutory Declaration and I was in and out of the office within minutes. I also noted that they had several solicitors, specialising in different areas of law. I will certainly be calling upon this firm if ever I am in need of legal services.

I had occasion to call Woodfines after I received a settlement offer from my previous employer. I was put through to Mrs Maria Gallucci who was able to book me in for an appointment around 3 hrs after my initial call. She was pleasant and extremly professional in her presentation and her advice. I had the advice I needed and was able to sign and present the settlement documents that very day. I would have no hesitation in recommending Mrs Gallucci and Woodfines for legal work within the parameters of stated specialisation. Very happy indeed.
