Do NOT try and buy a hose from these people. Without a doubt the worst estate agent to deal with. Do not tell them how much you are willing to pay as they will use this to drum up more interest in property and at the last minute take it to a closing date. We put in 2 offers for a house and got strung along for a week, there was no attempt from the agent to negotiate the price so we agreed a price with the owner. He was quickly talked into putting the house to a closing date and we lost the house being the second highest bidder all due to their sneaky underhand tactics.
