Our current managing director, Steven joined Roadtrafficlaw in 2011 after graduating first in his class from Glasgow University. I was gunned at 90mph in a 60 zone near Oban. I immediately contacted multiple lawyers but the best response was from Roadtrafficlaw. I spoke to Steven and Andrew throughout the case and they dealt with my guilty plea very well. I'm amazed at the work they're able to do and I was left with a fine and 4 penalty points. I was expecting to receive a penalty of 5 to 6 points for a speeding prosecution but thankfully due to the great work of Steve Farmer and Andrew Martin at Roadtrafficlaw they secured a penalty of just 3 points and fine which I am extremely grateful for. A firm that have been about a few years but still have the same high standards. Having been previously (and successfully) defended by Roadtrafficlaw a few years back for a run of the mill speeding case, I recently had cause to use their services again on my Companies behalf. Whilst this case was more complex and commercial in nature, the outcome was very much the same as we got both the charges returned as NOT GUILTY. was caught traveling at 105mph in a 50mph zone on my motorcycle, I was originally charged with dangerous driving but Steven from Road Traffic Law managed to get my charge reduced to speeding and and I was given 6 points on my licence and £750 fine.
