One of the founding Partners of MOH Law, Mark set the practice up in 1995 with Brett Morris and David Hearle. Mark specialises in high value personal injury claims and technical insurance disputes. Clare's areas of expertise are Catastrophic Injury cases, cross-jurisdictional work and Fraud. Since joining the firm Chris has practised in Insurance Litigation and has a wealth of experience in all courts including the Court of Appeal which has led to him having a number of notable cases reported.Chris has a particular experience in dealing with Large Loss claims of all types and now also specialises in Fraud.
The vast majority of litigated insurance claims are not high value and will never make the headlines. However, we understand that they form the bulk of our insurer client's claims spend. As a result they are the bedrock of our practice. We also recognise the importance of resolving claims quickly in order that our client's hold accurate reserves.

Absolutely shocking firm - use phishing techniques to garner private mobile phone details to then cold call re personal injury claims. Tried to email them but none of their director email addresses work off their website Contacted via phone and said if they needed me they would be in touch - very unprofessional firm. Have reported them to the Legal Ombudsman for breaking GDPR rules by using private contact details to cold call me - stay away from this firm!

Wow - all these comments are so spot on. Do not even think about dealing with this company. I only called as I had been instructed to use them so I asked about their online reviews and couldn't believe the rudeness from mark orman ( it's his company ) what a joke this person is.
