I highly recommend Stephanie and her FLC team! I was losing hope when I found Stephanie and her wonderful team. My ex husband was preventing me from taking my daughter to visit my family abroad less than 3 weeks before my flights. He was threatening to take me to court on the unfounded grounds of child abduction with no evidence. I was receiving lots of letters from his solicitor causing me a lot of anxiety.
I had already contacted a few legal firms but I repeatedly experienced little empathy and the staff did not seek to understand the situation. Luckily a great friend of mine recommended Stephanie to me who from the first moment I contacted her was respectful, caring, understanding and above all very professional. My daughter and I were able to visit my family who we have not seen for three years, despite ex husband's attempts to prevent it. I came to Robin about a very delicate family matter. Robin was extrimly understanding and the case started. Robin was sypathic and understanding, there was one occasion when reading my sons statement that he became a little emotional which told a real meaning to me as compassion. Yes Robin tells me about the bill but he has a business to run after all and may I just say he has been very understanding about our Financial situation!
Most solicitors would had not cared. I am more than happy with his staff they have always been polite and helpful on the phone. My final words are for one year I never saw my beautiful son because no one would listen but with two court cases and a good team behind me I was reunited with my son which bears no price. A year and a half ago I sought the help of FLC and I am so glad I did. To say the team there, and most especially Stephanie Walmsley, changed my life for the better, is an understatement! I had been in a difficult family situation for around 5 years of which I thought there was no way out. I was never promised miracles by FLC and they were always cautious to tell me what all my options and limitations were at each moment.
Not coming from a legal background, I was grateful that things were always respectfully explained to me in a way that I could fully understand. It was not a short or easy process, but I can envisage that it would have been a lot more stressful if it wasn't for the team at FLC. Hope you have deep pockets it seems like every day I received another bill from Flc definitely only interested in taking as much money as possible our bill came to nearly 3600 as soon as I'd made the first payment he was pretty much straight back on the phone telling us it was more work than he thought and it was likely to cost 3x the original quote that was just to go to court once terrible receptionist spelling mistakes on official letters very pushy Charged us 5.50 to park on the day of court then another 20% vat on top of that coming to over 8.50 we parked int the same car park and it was half that after charging me 1350 to go to court we then instructed robin that we didn't want to carry on using his service paid the 1350 which we thought was the final bill then we recieved another bill of 435 along with a rude email asking why I hadn't paid a bill we knew nothing about be warned stay clear as we feel we have been well and truly ripped off even when we went to the mediation service we were warned watch your costs with robin I think he's a good solicitor let down by over charging and useless reception staff
