Poor service. They add fees as they feel stay away for these in the private family law sector. They don't put in the effort for the price. Go somewhere else, save your money

Jessica Lowe who managed our sale and purchase was superb! She went above and beyond to help us and also prevented a significant issue with the purchase by creating a protective covenant for us. I cannot recommend them highly enough and would use for any legal needs again without a second thought. Prices are also very reasonable.

Collection of stored deeds. These were handed over at the bottom of a stairway. Don't they have offices. Still waiting for a telephone call re problem advice relating to said deeds. That was 3 weeks ago

Jessica Lowe was consistently reliable, punctual and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble for her, she went out of her way to support me through the process. Her patience and remained unsurpassed even in the wake of my relentless. and i am sure, often ridiculous questions. Thank you Jess. I would certainly not recommend this company and my mental health has been significantly impacted by some aspects of their work. Following purchase completion on my property in 2021, I have now been receiving threats from the management company of my property of legal proceedings due to non-payment of the seller's debts. For fear of these legal proceedings and no apparent movement from Langley Wellington on resolving this, I now have to pay hundreds of pounds in back service charges, which should have been paid out of the Retention fund left by the seller.

According to the rules, this fund of usually 500 should be kept by either solicitor for a period of at least a few months to allow for any late charges applying to the seller of a leasehold property. In my case the Retention was released to the seller (-8.86) within a month. Within a couple of weeks other late charges were demanded from me with late payments fees added, as I followed Jim Cook's advice to "absolutely not pay it under any circumstances" and his latest suggestion was that I should "be getting them on the phone and bouncing them up and down a bit". Jim claims that the management company should be paying it out of their miscellaneous account, which they have no intention of doing. I have shared my distress at the situation and had no constructive response.

Sharon Cleveley at Langley Wellington Gloucester is absolutely amazing and a credit to the firm. I can always rely on her and I cannot recommend her enough. Everyone that works for the company are incredibly helpful and I have never had a bad experience. Jo Bisco at the Cheltenham office is also amazing she is also quick to respond and very helpful.

Sharon at Langley Wellington provided a FAB service from day one. Updates were consistent and informative, nothing was too much even with our sellers poor solicitors! Would definitely recommend!

Poor quality of services, lack of replies lack of decency to ward clients and possible clients. Not responding to emails. Unprofessional call hadlers speaking over callers and ignoring clients also and theor wishes. Also don't use these as solicitors to deal with family cases as they are in par and cots with local authorities to steal child away from natural biological parents. They refuse to listen to what the clients want and wish for. Total unprofessional in every manny

Rukhsana at Langley Wellington, is calm, knowledgeable, kind, and compassionate. She has an efficient team supporting her, namely Christina, and their knowledge of SEN is second to none. Rukhsana has a wonderful way of pointing you in the right direction without being demanding, and she really cares. You cannot go wrong with this team.

For many years this was called The Midland & Royal Hotel, so named after the adjacent Midland Railway's railway station. Now it is a solicitors' office.
