After losing my father in 2007 and my mother in 2011, Mandip Ranu and Jodie dealt with the probate and winding up of their estate. I found their expertise and compassion second to none and it certainly helped to have such a competent team on my side at such a sensitive time. Elliott qualified as a Solicitor in 2001. He joined the partnership in 2005 with degrees from both Queen Mary & Westfield College and the prestigious University College London. With responsibility for the wide areas of conveyancing and commercial property, it's not surprising that he's known for arriving into the office bright and early each day!
She successfully completed a level 3 business qualification in 2021 and now works as a Conveyancing Assistant assisting the new build team. Outside of work she enjoys socialising with friends, travelling, shopping, baking and singing. Melissa's role involves supporting the accounts department. She assists them with ad hoc duties and her invaluable work includes transferring money via the firm's internal systems, researching relevant documentation and very importantly chasing clients for outstanding payments ensuring that the firm's cash flow stays healthy!

I have dealt with Taylors legal twice on buy and sale transactions. They are highly professional team with strong leadership and keen interest on serving their clients to best. Nicola Taylor is a great value and also ensure things are on the right direction with her superb supervision and support to her team which well reflects on their results. As for the latest sale matter, I am super impressed with the performance of Ms. Alexis Grant; very responsive, strong and active engagement on all aspects of the transaction, very positive attitude and a pleasant knowledgeable person to work with.

Great communication, I was always the first to know regarding status updates. The team were on the ball with requirements and chasing up missing information. They work swiftly and keep to deadlines. EMMA TAYLOR IS GODSEND I had the pleasure of Emma Taylor taking over my case when I was buying my first property. As a first time buyer, I had so many questions and needed a lot of directions, yet Emma was always on hand to assist. She contacted me regularly to brief me on the progress of my case. This meant I always knew what had been completed, what tasks were outstanding and why; for me being new to this, I appreciated this approach as it meant no nasty surprises and I always knew the timescale we were working with.
All property buying videos I've seen said that the conveyancing part is the most stressful, and that solicitors tend to delay, but this was not my experience with Emma. She made the process fun and got me a quick exchange whilst still being thorough. I hope when I'm buying another property in the future, I will have the pleasure of Emma's service; thanks to her hardwork, I have spent the last few hours skipping around my new home in happiness

I used TL as my conveyancer. People at TL have always quickly responded to my emails and requests. I had issues with the mortgage lender, but I was very impressed with the way TL handled it. They were flexible, quick to respond to messages and I was very impressed with the quick turnaround between exchange and completion. Worth every penny I paid and would recommend TL to anyone.

An absolute pleasure dealing with Nicola at Taylors Legal. I have used Taylors for a number of services over the years, most recently for the transfer of equity. Facing a few obstacles, I anticipated the process to be long and stressful but Nicola was phenomenal. Consultative in her approach, super efficient and just ON IT. Costs are reasonable and they are transparent from beginning and throughout on any additional costs, which I am yet to experience with other solicitors. Thank you again to Nicola and the team.

Taylors were recommended to us through our Developer and I would say I wish I sourced my own solicitors. Taylors started off as helpful and you was able to contact who you needed to but as the process went on you couldn't contact anyone, you wasn't called back when they promised they would and this would be ongoing for around a week. They were also very delayed with requesting documents from us and left it just 2 days before completion to post documents for us to sign and return.
For the service received the costs / fees are far too high. The draft completion statement also had errors on it so the price we was given was incorrect and caused further delays. However despite our poor experience with Taylors I would like to mention that Emma Levy was maybe the only person who returned our calls on time and was able to provide the help we needed in a short amount of time.
