I rate this firm 1 star as it took a long time for them to send my partner a pack to fill out and then when my partner returned the pack to them there was no contact from them I rang several times & asked for a call back with a up date and you get told someone will call you back with a update by the end of the day and nothing still nearly 2 weeks on
