Hattersleys are a firm involved as part of our chain when trying to move house. They have a complete lack of urgency and consideration for their clients. Constantly flobbing people off with empty promises and a reluctance to meet generous deadline dates. No real explanation ever given to why they are so slow in doing the job they are paid very well to do.

We have had to delay our moving date 3 times so far due to their incompetence with no end in sight. After completion (if it ever happens) we will hopefully never have to deal with this firm again. Avoid at all costs.

Waste of time after being got told that they could provide a service I required. Saw some pompous man who talked in riddles, after 5 minutes of going round the houses I asked him if he wanted to help. He finally said no.
