These people are absolutely clueless. They have no knowledge of even basic dentistry, so you might as well talk to a brick wall. Like others have already said, don't waste your time.

Shocked by these reviews because I called just after reading and the lady was so helpful and polite, there's no pressure to pursue and they follow up in a few weeks as well!

I'm afraid they don't help you. The play ball with the dentist. They require the treatment to be over in order to step in and help. Your dentist can go back on his word and say that actually the treatment wasn't finished and block this service from stepping in, and this service allows this game to be played. If a dentist has done things wrong obviously you don't want to sit back on his chair for him to play around with your oral health and risk further harm. This is ridiculous.

Turns out they do not help NHS patients. I wrote to them seeking advice and to log a complaint about my dentist and pretty much fobbed me off because I was not private. If I was loaded with money, a celebrity, an MP they would be quick enough to help. Shame on you!
