We are Hilary Evans and Vicki Webb, sisters and both Solicitors of many years standing, who have worked for a number of years in the Malvern area. We deal with non contentious matters such as conveyancing, wills, probate and administration of estates, and we give advice for the elderly client, and for those who look after the affairs of elderly relatives or friends. We also handle Landlord and tenant matters, together with some commercial property transactions.

Hilary was very professional and great attention to detail. Happy with the service on the whole. Only thing for me was that 10% deposit of sale price 5 days before and 350 originally to do searches. Arranging money transfers not as straight forward as it could have been and just adds more stress rather than transfers on Completion Day.
