Services
We don't try to be everything to everybody. What we do is focus on making the law work for our clients. Our approach to giving advice and getting deals done is both commercial and practical. In every case, we aim to operate as a constructive and effective force in achieving the objectives of clients.
In the current climate, effective credit control is crucial to all businesses. PRG has years of experience in assisting clients to recover bad or doubtful debts in the Sheriff Court and Court of Session. We are also able to provide a tracing service for absconding debtors. We can provide a tailor made service to suit your needs and will provide you with our advice on the prospects of success if relevant and realistic advice on the basic economics of whether it is worthwhile pursuing a claim against the potential costs of doing so.
