I recently moved house and was recommended Alan Williams at Gullands by a friend. I was very happy with the service. Alan nearly always came back to me by the end of the day. I spent no time chasing for answers, unlike the rest of the people in the chain! As Alan said, 'you can only go as fast as the slowest person'' which is so true. I was very glad I had used both him and Gullands.

Recently found ourselves in need of a solicitor for my Son - having never needed one before, I made a couple of calls to local solicitors to seek advice and after visiting them, were not impressed! I then found Gullands and after speaking to John Roberts, we immediately made an appointment to discuss our case further. We were due to meet with John but ended up seeing Michelle Pibworth.
She was incredibly sympathetic and took in the details, offering professional, precise and impartial advice. She also gave us a guide of the costs involved, Michelle kept in contact with us even when she wasn't in the office and was very thorough. My Son was represented by John Roberts and thanks to Michelle and John's knowledge, sound guidance and professionalism, the result that they achieved was beyond anything we could have hoped for. I can recommend Gullands without reservation, they have been outstanding.

Avoid this company at all costs, instructed them on a separation issue, the next day they sent all the meeting notes to my ex partner by mistake finishing any chance of a reconciliation, not a word of apology, when I approached them for an explanation was met with the arrogance of a bullying headmaster very unpleasant Experience, there are plenty of solicitors around use someone else would have left no stars but couldn't

Top 1 Rubbish Solicitors in Maidstone. i would choose 0 star if it lets me. my ex and i went to them for a divorce, it was 02/2017, we both don't have any kids get involved, no financial problem involved, and both agree for divorce, guess what, still not finished till today 04/2018. Lady solicitor didn't do professional job, and too lazy, she said i would submit somenthing but she always delays for months. please don't go to this solicitor, it is a nightmare stressing me all the time, still now.

I would agree with the other negative reviews, if they employ staff who are highly arrogant, aggressive, self-important & come across as poorly paid barrow boys in a market (Spencer Stacey) then they need to review their recruitment policy. Such a shame as they have a very nice lady called Chantal working there who does actually give credit to the firm.
