Called the firm on Monday 13/06 at 12:04pm, left a detailed message with reception, was told someone would call me back that day, nobody called. All day 14/06, nobody called me. There is Absolutely no excuse for unreturned phone calls, it shows a total lack of respect for prospective new clients and does absolutely nothing to make you feel that this is the kind of company you would want to place your business with.

I can only assume that because my enquiry was on the trivial side, it got relegated down the list of callbacks and then forgotten. I will now take my personal and company business elsewhere, being the Managing Director of a property management business, I could do with a decent solicitor, to rely on personally, but to also recommend to my high wealth clients, the search continues.

I was involved in a long drawn out convoluted contract dispute with my previous business partner. I had previously instructed a local firm of solicitors who were unable to help me.
