Words fall short very in explaining how terrible Rod Ball is. I was attacked by 3 men with a Knife, what I didn't not expect is Rod Ball to collude with Barnstaple Police to hide evidence of the Attack from the Majistrates. Rod is so Spineless, he will do anything the police ask him to do, because its a small town and he doesn't want to upset people he works with.

So if you're a defendant, and the Police are looking to improve their public image, You can guarantee Rod will help them, Lie, Cheat and abuse the Court and CPS system. The Staff are really friendly, so I don't enjoy writing this, but myself and other in the area think Rod should off been struck off years ago. Rod. Expect to hear from my soon Barrister

The address was written wrong of the property I was purchasing as well as my current address. Very simple but important mistakes. Fees to purchase a house were almost twice that of the next company. I will not be using them again for my next property sale.

Outstanding expertise and diligence from Nicola and team, sorting out our complicated house purchase and whipping the other parties into shape. It was rather fraught at the last minute and we are so grateful for their efforts to maintain the right way forward to deal with it all successfully. Previously used for house move and other things and found them very helpful. Unfortunately last experience was not pleasant and what should have been a simple task turned into a very long expensive and frustrating process. I was offered a complaint process I could follow, but at that stage I didn't want any further complications or contact so didn't follow up.

They did eventually get the job completed successfully. 3 star rating as from my experience, certain departments are better than others, although it's probably nearer 2 star!

Only went with Brewer Harding and Rowe because John Symonds joined them and he did all our legal requirements prior to ceasing trading as a sole trader. After John retired we used them for the conveyance of our property without any problems. However as cash buyers for our next property we have had the wrong address printed on the convancing, the spelling wrong on the land registry address, requests for information from the vendors solicitors which has already been provided. Unfortunately due to these ( problems) which we are presumably paying for I cannot truly recommend them for convancing.

Flatly told if your not a client of theirs then they will not verify ID for The Land Registry. How do companys like this get business!
