Sarah Jackson has dealt with my medical negligence claim. She gave clear guidance and fully explained each part of the process. Sarah offered relevent support and regular updates throughout the case, spanning a number of years. She displayed compassion and professionalism throughout. Her experience and expertise was most evident when employing highly competant experts that helped to bring about a successful conclusion.
I cannot thank Sarah enough for all her hard work and dedication to my case. As always Jane Cousins has done an amazing job for us, Jane always goes that extra mile and I would never use anyone else.we buy and sell a lot, and she always gives us piece of mind.

My name is Barbara Mikolajczuk I do not recommend these lawyers to anyone when selling a house. Very poor communication, I called asking for the price of their service over the phone, I was given a very good price, but when the documents were sent to me, the valuable was higher by 200. My first buyer customer at the final trial withdrew so I paid full the price for their services because it was the final stage so it was fair.
My second buyer customer did not get a loan and it was the very beginning of the case. I called the lawyers to tell them that the buyer did not get a loan. A few days later I got a letter that I must pay for their 300 service is included in this photocopy of documents and the shipping fee. This is a joke. I have never seen anything like this before with any lawyers.
When I called I was told that I should be thankful that I did not pay the full amount. My question is for What should I be thankful? In the initial stages? I was literally informed about nothing. I do not recommend this law firm for people selling houses. Communication and the phone say a different price and you get the invoice with a different price.

I was having serious issues with the application for the EU Settlement Scheme. Williamsons Solicitors were there to assist me and Frances Ledbury specifically, gave me invaluable support and tips. Today I have received my settled status and couldn't be happier (and relieved) with the news. Highly recommend aid and professional/polite customer service.

So do not bother to try and tell any readers that this might not be from a real client, yes it is. And do not try and say you have not had any complaints, i have not bothered to make one. All i can say to anyone reading is please think very carfully before using this firm for any personal injury claims. Firm was in the news a while back. Perhaps the firm would like to tell people how many claims they take on, only to end it after a while with the usual script telling the victim, how bitterly disappointed they must feel that you have to end the claim.
Well at least the firm makes money and the expert witnesses. Perhaps you would like to tell people how many cases you take on vs how many you bother to win, and how many of your medical exspert witnesses ever find fault if its another medical professional being sued by your firm. Me thinks hardly ever. Rant over, go elsewhere. Dreadful.

Paul kirby had me waiting 3 years for a divorce I was being laughed at when asking advice from other solicitors this was all because of sloppy paperwork and his not proof reading and sending such important documents to the high court with wrong dates, when I called to speak this my hours appointment was a 2 minute phone call no body cares once they legal aid they don't let go desp6me asking for paperwork to be sent to a new solicitor now the secretary just ignores my phone calls but I'm given any reasons to why, I assume its embarrassment of poor service they provide, from leaving a DV relationship I was promised a non mol and total PR of my children, I am saddened by the situation and upset I feel controlled and ign6by a solicitor whom has been well paid by the government despite all of this they think it's okay to keep my legal aid but no intention of representing me despite apolitical calls from myself to the security as I was so frustrated by the situation as you cam imagine, Terrible service left me feeling as bullied by solicitor as I did my animal of an ex, still today my calls are ignored and no explanation is ever given just Cant take your calls, but they keeping hold of my legal aid they applied for I'm told I have to apply for it back but was given no advice on how to ho about it, N Barr, new Chamberlain

I used Williamsons as my conveyancer when I bought my first property on my own and the service I received was excellent. I chose them as they were recommended and competitively priced. I was regularly updated of all progress and all conveyancing was completed within 6 weeks. Jane Cousins and Samantha Pollard were fantastic for their efficiency and friendliness - they were brilliant. I would recommend them to all!

I recently used Williamsons Conveyancing team and the service I received was outstanding in every respect. Some aspects of my purchase proved to be complex and throughout the process Jane Cousins and Samantha Pollard guided and provided very excellent and far-sighted advice. Speed was of the essence for this purchase and I cannot speak too highly of the team's expeditious handling of the entire process. Great communications and nice people too! A very unreserved 5 stars for a truly exceptional service
