Stay away from this company! We wasted 11 months on a property as they never had a good communication with me regardless of my constant emails and phone calls. The lady that originally handled my case was off work from September to December 2021. We had to travel in person to their office after 11 months of waiting to finalize the purchase just to get a clear explanation of what is going and to be told they will not complete due to some paperwork. They wasted precious time for me, we lost the property and now everything is 10-15% more expensive! A complaint for professional negligence will be filed.
