I've dealt with Williams & Co through Peter for many years. The company continues to be highly effective, trustworthy and efficient. Traditional services such as Conveyancing where they will support you and act for you with sincerity and clarity.

Completely avoid using this firm. Con artist from top to bottom. Will take every penny away from you. I lost alot of money because of this firm and was not helped in any way to recover my money. The solicitor who i was dealing with retired after my money went missing. I hope it makes him and his family happy with the money he conned from me. Avoid guys use a different firm.

I had an awful experience with this firm and would not recommend them if you are stretched for time. I rang this firm and requested legal representation regarding a transfer of equity on a property. I was told that shouldn't be a problem but after the third party's solicitor sent my paperwork over to Wiliams and Co they said they had no idea who I was and actually binned my paperwork!

Effectively making me start from the beginning. After sticking with them I was told all the paperwork had arrived but unfortunately the person who deals with that side of things was on holiday for two weeks. I changed to Cadmans and they informed me some of the paperwork was still missing. Now I am with Cadmans things are actually moving forward.

After the firm was sold last year by Peter the level of service has gone from 10/10 to 0/10. You do not know who is dealing with you case or files and it is passed from person to person. When anything is requested nobody seems to be able to access any files. They all seem to work 2 days a week and something that should take a weeks takes them a month.

I have worked with many conveyancing solicitors in the West Yorkshire area and have never been treated like this before. The receptionists are rude and arrogant and when i am put through to a partner to express my concerns he seems to not have a care in the world and is more arrogant than the receptionists. I would not recommend this firm to anybody as there are plenty of better solicitors in Clekheaton and Bradford.

I would highly recommend Williams & Co, in particularly Tim Welton who represented me in the Magistrates Court for a driving offence (totting up). Tim was very professional and highly competent from instruction until the end of the case. He was always quick to respond to any queries I had, I was never left waiting for a response throughout this uncertain time and he put me at ease. Whilst always remaining professional, I also felt as though he was very sympathetic to my case and there was understanding on his part.

We had an excellent result on the day of the court case and I couldn't thank Tim enough for everything that he did. Driving offence solicitors are difficult to find, there are many 'no win, no fee' 'lawyer' type firms around who are basically just a scam but Williams & Co are a traditional high street, no-nonsense law firm so look no further!
