Both partners studied at the University of Dundee and trained and worked for several years in Glasgow. Since opening the partners have always strived to attain a high quality of Legal General Practice while maintaining a friendly "personal family solicitor" approach. Shocking service Arrived for our appointment at 10.30. no solicitor! He was on his way from Tullibody apparently. Another few minutes passed & we heard the receptionist on the phone asking if he had left yet. then I was invited to speak to the secretary on the phone, seems Mr Waters had taken I'll that morning & she didn't know what time our appointment was & did acknowledge she should have called to cancel! Yeah you should, my husband took the morning off work to attend this appointment & we travelled a fair bit to get there I'm assuming they've never heard of diaries!

My partner and I recently used Watersrule for property conveyance. Grant Storrar acted for us in the purchase of a house near Dollar. We were selling in England and moving North which complicated the transaction. We made the offer on the new property in February 2020 and completed the transaction in July 2020 so it spanned the Covid19 lockdown. Despite the additional challenges Covid19 created Grant was always available and responsive to my emails and phone calls and veyr professional throughout, I wish I could have said the same about the solicitor acting for me in the sale of our house in England! Thoroughly recommended!
