Critical: Professionalism, Quality Dreadful company and operate with no professional approach. They lack class, honesty, or reliability. I have dealt with one solicitor and now due to his incompetency i will refer him and this company to the Law Society.

Shocking company! Breached GDPR laws, causing massive problems for myself, they ignore all correspondents as well.

AVOID THIS FIRM at all cost! The firm is doing conveyancing for the vendor where we bought the property from; in the final week of completion, Lauren Radford (their senior conveyancing manager) decided to ignore all the emails and letters from our solicitor, as a result we did not get to complete on the day planned! Horrible firm, zero star!

Security guy attacked me verbally 3 times for parking in a disabled car park space when I was clearly displaying a disabled badge and was just dropping my son off. This was before they had signs saying the companies name. Very RUDE MAN, I'm surprised that the company has employed such a RUDE uneducated man that clearly doesn't understand the word or badge saying disabled.

Has to be the most unprofessional legal firm have ever come across my life. I was constrained to use them for conveyancing a commercial property as they were amongst the only 3 firms on the panel of the mortgage lender. Their charges are 3 times that of any standard conveyancer, they make merry acting on behalf of lender as also client and worse - its been 7 months since the transaction was completed, but the property has still not been registered. they still hold retainer from my side and dont respond for weeks to any queries.no one picks up phones.its a living nightmare.am contemplating action through Ombudsman / Law society.not sure if that will help as well.

Very poor, slow and difficult to contact. Spelling mistakes in contracts. Really made the purchase of my home difficult. Look elsewhere.

Walker Morris has a CCJ against me but gave me no information about it. I only found about it after running a credit check. Every time I call I'm told "Ben Rosser" will call me back or leave a voicemai and he'll call me back. No-one has called me back, I left my first voicemail 2 weeks ago, I've left countless messages for him to call me back and every time he is either "on lunch" or "away from his desk".

Apparently there's another lady I can talk to but she's always on the phone or busy. I literally cannot talk to anyone to discuss a CCJ I have no knowledge about. I'm going to have to get legal advice, as I'm pretty sure you have to inform someone when opening a CCJ and at least be there to discuss the details.

I have used this firm during my business life for a few things, they have been relatively good but sometimes don't respond, but at the end of the day they get the job done.
