Following my very first conversation with David Birks, Director, Dispute Resolution Team at Newtons, I knew that I would not want to instruct anyone else to handle the dispute and legal matter that I had. His experience and knowledge of legal matters relating to my type of case was outstanding and his no nonsense approach was just what I needed.
