Classical building with character, warm upon entry, Seating available for waiting clients, well presented and friendly receptionist's. Covid_19 aware (large screen to separate staff and clientele, face masks provided should a client forget one). Only steps into building therefore Wheel chair access + child buggy would be tricky. Private rooms out back, bare generally but spacious.

Comfortable seating on hand. All solicitors I have have had dealings with so far at the firm have been more than satisfactory and well versed on their chosen subject law. Fair priced and transparent in their dealings with clientele. Parking is a problem, paid parking nearby at the train station.

Excellent solicitors. Have had terrible experience in other solicitors firms in our house move chain. Smith and Graham were by far the best of the whole chain! No issues will definitely use again if required

I've used Sharon Crosby a couple of times now and she is very helpful and professional as are her assistants. The firm are responsive and always kept me updated with the developments of the case. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend them.

Stay clear of this over charging and very bad service firm. They lost my case which cost me thousands of pounds of fees bad advice followed by very poor service avoid at all cost!

Everytime my solicitor wants me to see him the lady at desk rings me tells me to come in when I ask what it's for they never tell me. I suffer from depression my solicitor is nothing but dick he upset me the other day I'm still upset from it now I recommend people not going here they waste the time they take ages at aswnering the phone too.
