Our substantial and dedicated team of residential property solicitors are able to provide an independent, fast, efficient and reliable service in all residential property transactions including sale and purchase, remortgages, transfers by way of gift and residential lettings. In addition we offer advice on joint ownership and can prepare Trust Deeds to accord with your instructions.
The department offers a broadly-based team of property solicitors with a detailed understanding of the needs of commercial property clients and we have the resources to deal with large amounts of commercial work, regardless of the complexity and time constraints likely to be involved. We have expertise in all areas of commercial property law.
Gone are the days where interest dates on an equity release are high, with many mainstream and well-known lender institutions now offering a variety of later life lending, rates are comparatively low at the moment which potentially makes it a good time to act if you are thinking of applying. You will need a trusted (and we would suggest an independent) equity release adviser who will be able to compare the different types of products and lenders to suit your requirements.Whilst we cannot advise you which product to choose, we can always recommend a good financial adviser to you if needed.

Absolutely superb service from Paul Robinsons Solictors. Amber and Georgia were simply incredible throughout the whole process. If we ever had a question or query they would get back to us so quickly. Amber kept us up to date throughout the whole process so we never had to wonder what stage of the chain we were at. I am so glad I used Amy Thomas at Paul Robinson for the sale of my flat. Both Amy and Paige provided an excellent service, friendly and always responsive with quick replies to all my queries (a very different experience from the other solicitors' firm I had used when I was buying the flat!) The sale was long and bumpy at times, through no fault of Paul Robinson, and I was especially grateful for the service they provided during these bumps in the road, chasing the other parties and keeping things moving forward, solving problems, and reassuring me as well. Next time I buy/sell, I will not hesitate to instruct Paul Robinson and specifically Amy Thomas again!

I approached Paul Robinson to assist in the adjustment of a Divorce Settlement Order for spousal maintenance given the change in circumstances for both parties. The advice and guidance provided was clear and concise as was the likely timescale and costs of pursuing the Order Amendment Lorraine George was honest straightforward and supportive throughout and the matter was dealt with with professionalism beyond reproach.
