This was a first for us, to use an online Solicitor service for our house sale and onward purchase. We are coming to the end of the process and our Solicitor (Jo) has been exceptional. She's very thorough, professional, polite and efficient. Her (and the rest of her team's) communication is good. You can always get hold of her when you need to. Honestly it seems as if they work round the clock!

The online portal is really good and you always know where you are and what the next steps will be. If we manage to pull it off next month that will be a record breaker for us (moving in under 12 weeks- much much sooner than the national average). If there is a hold up, it won't be from our end as we have done everything already. I can't recommend highly enough. If we ever move again, I would return to Avrillo. 100% no question. We took out the fast track service and are really glad we did. Conveyancing is a long process but knowing that you would get an answer to any query on the same day made a huge difference. The team were very professional through the whole process and they got us to completion and move in with no delays or problems. Their initial quote was very reasonable and the final bill was actually a bit less than we had budgeted for. We are very happy with the service we received and would recommend them without reservation.

David Lloyd was our solicitor from AVRillo and we cannot recommend him enough. David was extremely professional and thorough, he communicated everything to us in a timely manner throughout the whole process and always made time to answer our questions by both email and phone. We sometimes felt confused by solicitor jargon but David was really good at putting things into layman's terms for us and making sure we understood and were prepared for each step of the process.

We also appreciated AVRillo's portal where we could check up on the progress of the house purchase, what needed to be done and could find all relevant communications and documents in one place.

I loved the automation, you need to be aware that you don't get to speak with your solicitor, communication is all via email, text and the portal. That being said I was constantly kept up to date and never felt in the dark. Every time I emailed a query the responses were quick and the informative. I would recommend.

Not bad service for the price they offered. They did deliver on what they promised, were fast and didn't cause me too much hassle. Responding to calls took longer than i'd have wanted, but they did always respond in the end when i had queries. I'd say alright job for what i needed.
