Have had two reasons to use Scott Richards recently. Whilst the conveyancing transaction took ages it was largely due to the management company of the property (Sanctuary-who are useless) that caused the delays rather than Scott Richards. Recently Camille helped me with a Deed Variation of a Will and was extremely efficient, professional and supportive throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend her for any similar work you may have which requires a professional approach. Overall an excellent organisation with a very proficient team.
