The service from beyond legal has been absolutely appalling. They are clearly having staffing issues as we had 3 conveyancers within 8 weeks, which led to slow replies and poor communication in general. When we made our disappointment with the service clear, they responded with "pay or we don't complete tomorrow", so we felt trapped and blackmailed.
Very unprofessional and would never recommend beyond legal to anyone. I chose them due to the glowing reviews, but looks like these are all 6 months old now so the service has rapidly declined and is now unacceptable. Please chose another conveyancers else you will regret it, like we have.

Whilst surfing the net for a highly recommended residential conveyancing solicitor in the Newton Abbot area, I came across Naomi Redman at Beyond Legal. Right from the start my emails were always answered within an hour or two (sometimes even less) and phone calls were promptly answered too. Both Naomi and Alison were extremely helpful throughout the sale of our flat and purchase of a new house. Naomi is a without question an outstanding Conveyancing executive solicitor. First time using Beyond Legal and very glad I did! It was a recommendation from my estate agent to use Beyond Legal and to ask for Naomi Redman, from start to finish Naomi has been great! With dealings before with other solicitor companies I have found them slow to get back and have very little contact. but not here! Naomi was always very quick to respond back to me and when she was unavailable to speak to on the phone the other members of staff were more than happy to help and to answer my questions.
Even when I had queries about certain parts of paperwork she was always happy to explain them and nothing ever seemed to be a hassle. Thank you for making my house sell stress free!
