I did a lot of research when deciding on representation and spoke to many lawyers. Richard put me at ease, always replied promptly to my emails and was friendly. I had a very technical case involving a goverment agency. Richard was outstanding and got a perfect outcome and wouldnt take any rubbish from the prosecution. Richard silver helped with an appeal and then in court for no insurance offence but I had no idea they had cancelled my insurance was given the wrong representation from the first law firm when the offence first happened so Richard took my case on sorted the appeal so I could still have my license and then when we went to court on 15/1/20 he managed to get the case dismissed!
He was professional, understanding, honest, very helpful and always kept me in the loop. I highly recommend him to anyone and well worth the money. Thank you again Richard one less thing to stress about whilst pregnant!

Richard and his firm provided a calm and professional service from our first phone conversation to our final meeting. At our hearing he was constructive all the way through. He gave me clear guidance as to how to prepare and as to what documentation was required and identified quickly the main areas we needed to focus with on the day. I was particularly impressed how Richard modified our strategy and subsequent approach on the day of the hearing based on current events in the media and an intellectual assessment of the various arguments we could put forward.
Finally in the actual court hearing itself his presentation was superb. He addressed every point we had discussed in the optimum order, arguments were clear and concise and even as the defendant concerned I felt quite touched by the completely factual picture he painted for the magistrates. His reference to case law was impressive and I appreciated him checking with me as I went into the witness box that everything had been presented correctly. I would recommend Richard and his firm unequivocally if you require assistance in this area of the law.
