I have had housing issues that were unresolved for a very long time and not only have they helped me claim financial compensation, but even after receiving this they are still on the case helping the issues to be resolved. I can't recommend this Company enough! Within a few weeks of phoning them they had sent a Surveyor out to assess the condition of my Property. Everything was sorted out and arranged for by them. It took only a few months to complete everything and get the compensation sorted and paid.

We contacted these to help with a landlord who has allowed us to live in a moldy home with an 18month old and refuses to fix the issues. Our solicitor was really poor and unresponsive we sent a huge email and got no reply for weeks. We then received a reply saying we didn't have enough evidence of reporting the same day they sent the same letter to our landlord.

The next day we received 2 months notice to leave our property. If our solicitor was at all competent she should have contacted us as the evidence attached to the email did not upload correctly. We then requested a call from manager to lodge a complaint but a month later we are still waiting for that call and they have practically made us homeless. Disgusting company. avoid!

The solicitor assigned to our case was very helpful and arranged a Surveyor to assess the damages to our home and the lack of support meant we suffered a lot. Communication defend tennats properly by contacting them regularly new person comes in take over your case and say yes thats the best offer your going to get which is not true. they don't fight your corner quick in quick out. you say no win no pay when you get the lowest compensation they want 25% when I could of gor thousands more not a good company
