Buying out first house and not fully understanding the process behind buying a house was a scary prospect. Straight away our solicitor Nicolas clearly explained each step of the process. The way LPL mapped out the process on their website meant we always knew which stage of the process we were at. We were also very happy with the price and there were no hidden costs involved. Very happy with Nicolas and LPL as a company. Have since recommended to friends!

We recently competed our mortgage with LPL solicitors recommend to me by a friend. I would highly recommend using them too. We received fantastic customer service from Sully, who kept us informed every step of the way. We were notified of our mortgage process regularly and nothing was ever too much for Sully. He explained what was needed to be done and the next steps if we had any queries. He was always available on the phone or email to help us. Superb customer service by Sully and will definitely use again. One very happy customer.

We worked with Alice from LPL, and soon after the searches were completed we had to face a very tight timeline to meet our mortgage offer deadline (it was a week away). She gave us an amazing support to make sure everything was done as quickly as possible so we could exchange contracts and complete the house purchase before the deadline. We definitely recommend LPL!

The experience with LPL has been great on our property purchase. Kayleigh who looked after our case has been really helpful and supportive throughout the journey. Whenever we have called anyone we spoke to was so polite and helpful. Only feedback: when things went very slow as we were waiting for a report from a 3rd party the communication did go dead and we would have appreciated an update (even if there was no movement!). But, other than that we really appreciate the efficiency and service LPL gave us.

My mortgage broker suggested LPL, who quoted me a great price for the work they undertook. The price was considerably lower than others I received, which originally made me slightly nervous that the service would be poor, but I trusted my mortgage broker and it was a great decision. We dealt with George Bokuchava, who was extremely helpful and responsive.

He always answered my questions quickly and thoroughly (there were a lot as my partner and I are first time buyers). George gave great advice and we're really grateful for all of his help.

My first time buying a property and Alice has been working on my contract. She has been amazing! She has always kept me up to date with everything and was always a pleasure to talk to. She kept my mind at ease during a difficult process and managed to get it over the line before the difficult seller pulled out. I cannot recommend this firm enough. Overall our experience with LPL was great and very efficiently run. Our point of contact was always very quick and responsive to emails which was really appreciated. Out only criticism is that as first time buyers we often felt confused or in the dark as to what stage of the process we were at and often thought we were further along than we thought.

This could have been avoided if things were perhaps 'dumbed down' a little and maybe less assumption that we knew what to do a lot of the time. But overall I'd recommend for how quick they were!

Recommended LPL for our first home purchase by our estate agent. George was our conveyancer. Simply put, I have nothing but praise for the excellent service he gave us. Naturally as first time buyers we had a lot of questions and worries with what can be a complex process of completing on a house. George alleviated any anxiety with his knowledge and experience.

My Experience with LPL has been a positive one, where I felt supported all the way through, and even when there was a rush at the very end because of mortgage delay and all side pressing buttons, Rachael Ho who supported my through the process remained calm, collected, very helpful and kept me well informed. It was important for me to have her re-assurance as timelines were so close and when I felt nervous, she just quietly made things happen.

Being in COVID times and under restrictions throughout the process, mean I never met anyone from LPL, but felt secure in their hands, and it was my very first buying experience. LPL has great online portal where the progress is tracked and all the relevant documents are uploaded and saved. I can access them even now 6 months later, which is useful.

Excellent & Efficient all the way! We used LPL's service as we were selling one property and buying another. The Hoowla website is ingenious and I was able to keep up to date with everything Clare and her colleagues were doing, including viewing documents. The whole process was made so much easier! I never had to chase for information, when I called either Clare or colleague answered the phone and were able to answer my queries.

Very professional, courteous and helpful. We were kept informed every step of the (very long) way. I would reccommend LPL to anyone moving home and needing a conveyancing property solicitor.

LPL we're the best conveyancing solicitors I've dealt with. Always quick at responding to any emails and answering the phone unlike most I've dealt with in the past. I've never been stuck on hold for too long and if my conveyancer wasn't available I got put through to someone who knew what they were talking about. Special mention to Charlotte who kept me updated and kept things simple throughout.

We recently used LPL for our first house as a recommendation. The service provided was fantastic, from start to finish the company kept in touch with ourselves and let us know every step we needed to complete. Our solicitor assigned to our case was Sullyman again very professional and helpful with the process of this purchase. Kept us in the loop and when ever we had a request he would be back with us within the day.

To assist with the case the app that used we found very helpful, with constant updates and a full view of the case processing. The way the app is set allows yourself to see Mile stones again was very helpful. A few wise people told me that moving house is a right ordeal and i was most certainly not looking forward to the experience. I must admit they weren't wrong. The time came to choose my conveyancing solicitors and i asked around. Got a few recommendations but i ended up looking online and trusting reviews. In comes LPL and everyone told me that since they're not London based (I am), i will have difficulties reaching them or getting any answers.

I took a gamble based on reviews and i can confidently say that dealing with LPL especially Michael Collins who was assigned to me was the best thing that could have happened to me during this process. He was super polite, answered all my questions promptly, always reachable and the best thing is that he's a real gentleman. Not once he made me feel like i was a client and in the short time span we spent, i felt like i was talking to a friend.

The process that i was warned about being super stressful, in must admit Michael Collins ensured at least the conveyancing aspect was stress and hassle free. One of the best experiences i've had and i have no problem recommending and using LPL in the future.

LPL was incredibly helpful through out the whole transaction and made sure the transaction eventually went through. They have an established process and portal to organised the documents and steps. The communication is generally good and we get prompt response from our solicitor, which was critical given the time pressure we were facing. As a first time buyer and looking through many solicitors reviews, I came across LPL and went ahead to appoint them and without a doubt they have been brilliant. Madiha was our case handler and she helped us complete within 8 weeks. She was professional and superb in handling every step of our case and responding to our emails and requests, always providing an update within ten minutes of contacting her.

She made sure to chase the vendors solicitors and even the estate agency if needed to help the whole process complete as fast as possible. I have dealt with other people from LPL who I was not so happy with and I have to admit I'm thankful Madiha was our case handler because she was exceptional from start to finish. I couldn't have had asked for a better service and I strongly recommend their service!

LPL gave me very good solicitor services during my property purchasing. Their management is very professional and effectively. They kept updating me on every activities they were preparing or done in every few days via emails or my dedicated account. Thanks to their quick service I could get the Stamp Duty discount before the deadline. One thing they can do better to improve their service is the phone contact should be more easier for customer to reach the solicitor. I called them twice but only the secretary answered and unable to take to the solicitor directly.
