Went into Jeremy Wood Accessories. I love to support small local businesses so bought some mugs. They were very well wrapped in bubble wrap however on unwrapping them at home, one of them was slightly chipped. I phoned and then emailed photo as requested. After no response, I phoned and emailed again. Eventually, a replacement mug was posted to me with a note stating 'as a gesture of goodwill'. No apology.

Just had our second kitchen Designed, Supplied and Installed by Jeremy Wood Design Kitchens The whole process from design to completion went without a hitch. From working with Jeremy on the design, selecting the granite worktops, electrical appliances, finishes to the excellent trades people who installed the kitchen. Things were done when they said they would be. Can't recommend then high enough If you want a kitchen these are the professionals to supply that kitchen
