Shocking. Totally shocking the standard of work from this law firm. Sold half a warehouse to the party owning the other half. In theory this should have taken a relatively short time despite the other party going through complicated finance arrangements. The transaction from start to finish took a full 12 months. I personally lost out on two property opportunities due to their delays.

I contacted some other company to see if Guest Walker were a sham company. They informed me they have the same issue and said "we send ten mails to get one in return". Only by both parties sharing emails from the two lawyers could we get pressure on them to show there was no hiding. It was painful. Hard to contact anyone in the company as my lawyer just said kept saying, "I don't have a reply to that".

Might be explained as they seem to be a team of part timers. Think they cost the other party way too much as well as to me both in additional fees to my lawyer and very big opportunity cost. I wouldn't care but the lawyer handling the case a Director so heaven knows what the rest are like. Avoid this company!
