Great service on a not so straight forward transaction. James Marris was handling our case with the help of Becki and Rachel. Our transaction was rather complicated and the other party were not well prepared. James and co were experienced, diligent, and kept us well informed. This is the second time we have use GM Wilson and we couldn't recommend them enough.

We have recently used GM Wilson as a first time buyer. If I was moving again, I will use GM Wilson again. Throughout the process they were easy to get into contact with using the web portal and were quick to respond to any queries (usually same day). On the few occasions I needed to call them, I was able to get through no problem and was usually able to speak to the solicitor directly. Any questions I had were quickly answered, and they had the time to explain the in's and out's of the process to me.

I genuinely could not recommend GM Wilson enough. The service we received from James Marris and Becki Reynolds has been fantastic; they have been incredibly responsive, efficient and reliable from start to finish. The solicitors acting on behalf of the other vendors in our chain were terribly incompetent and we felt so lucky to have James and Becki acting on our behalf. We could trust them 100% and they didn't once let us down. They will always come highly recommended by us and we will most definitely use them in the future.
