If I could I would put no stars if this site had the option, which it should! as this company well deserves a big zero! For how much money these so-called solicitors charge for their unprofessional, disgusting rude attitude! No updates from them on my case, you have to constantly contact them and when they finally contact to back their customer service/attitude is worse then a minimum wage Poundland worker!

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness Unbelievably incompetent. Sat on queries for 3 months with no contact. Do not use this firm for conveyancing as they are entirely clueless.

Critical: Quality Poor service & not interested in serving client in their best interest but to get their money quickly

The only thing good about this place was that it was clean. That's really about all if you like a tiny room and being woken up at 4am by doors banging then this place would be lovely for you, not a lot for what you pay,

Critical: Responsiveness Acting on behalf of the purchaser on a property where we were the vendors. Non-responsive, and extremely slow, without any information. Do not recommend. Staff were rude to my solicitor

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness Do not return phone calls 4 days later have now chosen a far more responsive firm.

This is the second time since the beginning of the year that we have used Footner Ewing and I am so pleased that we were recommended to use them. Matthew Yarham of the Romsey Office was so helpful and efficient in dealing with the two property sales which are now completed. One of these sales was during the lockdown and could have easily gone pear shaped.

We are currently awaiting the completion of the sale of our property which will then make three sales this year. Matthew was such a pleasure to have working for us. Nothing was too much for him and he quickly advised us of any potential problems so that we could get them resolved. Many thanks again to Matthew and the Romsey Team

I have had a terrible service from these solicitors. They have been slow, rude, and given me very poor advice. Their communication is dreadful. The whole stressful process was made all the more painful by their attitude and ineptitude. Stay away!

Excellent solicitors, they've now helped me with buying my flat, extending the leasehold & remortgaging. Superfast responses to the smallest of questions, be it by phone or email - would recommend them to anyone buying a property.

Hopeless solicitors. Even two weeks was not enough to correct some mistakes in document they have made. They even cannot contact their clients to find out when they would move out. Do not respond to emails, do not call back, do not care about their clients or cases. they are not interested in finalising transaction at all!

Dedicated, Efficient and Experienced would highly recommend there services.
