Very very disappointed with the fact they put their costs before helping people who cannot afford the large amount of money they want up front before acting for them. When will they realise not everyone can afford 500 up front before doing anything. Driven by money not justice!

Have only had experience of their Cardiff branch and it was outstanding Richard is a true gent and professional and guided me through the legal maze and a successful conclusion his advice is far from cheap I realised it as soon as I saw his expensive clothes but I believe you get what you pay for and I've had previously a very poor experience with cheap legal advice! Which ended up costing me.
