This is the second time Samantha Cook has acted for us in a conveyancing capacity. She has always kept us informed in a friendly, professional manner and been most helpful, responding very quickly to queries either by phone or email. Natalie Hawkes, her assistant, has also been very helpful with our current transactions. Our sale has now completed and they are both continuing to provide a great level of service with our purchase. The receptionists are also friendly, professional and helpful. I would most definitely recommend Farnfields.

Today I exchanged and completed on my purchase which was the last day for stamp duty holiday. At 10:30am the mortgage lender issued my mortgage offer and by 16:30 we had exchanged and completed! (would usually take days / weeks between offer & exchange). This was a phenomenal achievement from the efforts of Samantha Cook it also resulted in me saving a lot of money for stamp duty! Sam you have been amazing from day 1 you have kept me in the loop with everything and returned all my calls very swiftly! I will highly recommend you to friends and family. Both Samantha and Julie were very efficient in handling our property sale recently. I obtained an initial quotation for conveyancing using the online request form, I had a quick response and this was followed up after a few days by phone. Whilst the cost was marginally more than others locally, we opted for Farnfields because of how approachable Samantha was.

The paperwork was completed remotely in the most part except for a visit to the office to drop hard copies off. Communication was good and completion happened without any delays or drama. We will be instructing Farnfields to handle our purchase.
