A prompt appointment was made with Mrs. Lynda Allett regarding Lasting Powers of Attorney for me and my husband. Her knowledge and advice was excellent and she quickly prepared the required documents for our signatures. The completed documents were submitted by her to the Office of the Public Guardian and we have heard back from them that the LPAs have been approved. We have been very pleased with Mrs. Allett's service. Susanne Stening and Harvey Hofmann

Overall, a poor service. The legal advice given was mixed. We picked up on several errors during our dealings with them. Including, invoices which were very vague. We had to highlight errors in detail that had to be corrected. In our opinion, they did not provide reassurance in their capability and interest, dealing with a difficult legal matter.

Absolutely horrible experience. There was absolutely no communication, resulted with more issues due to their "help". I had no choice but go to another firm. Their invoices are vague at best, I was billed for services that were incorrect. When I attempted to mitigate these problems, my calls were avoided and I was even hung up on numerous times. Avoid at all costs!
