Our experienced business recovery and insolvency solicitors will anticipate and react quickly to fast-changing events. From corporate restructuring, complex trading administrations and high-value insolvency litigation and investigations to smaller, formal insolvencies, our team has the expertise, credibility and resources to handle matters efficiently.
Lupton Fawcett is committed to the charities and not-for-profit sector and we are well placed to support charities with all their legal needs. Having used them in the past, we recently instructed the Lupton Fawcett team for our house purchase. As always their advice was invaluable, straight-forward and driven by a common sense approach. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.

Excellent service from Catherine Richardson. Catherine helped me throughout the process of buying a property, nothing was ever too much and she kept me up to date at every stage. Very professional and great at communicating. Many thanks Catherine. Would reccomend.

Richard Buckley has taken care of my divorce proceedings throughout the past year. With his expertise, also showing care and understanding, we finally completed. I have been under enormous pressure and Richard has helped enormously with his professional guideance and humane attitude. I would highly recommend him.

Awful firm, needs shutting down. Cannot conduct legal work never mind host college students for work experience. WORST HR team (LUCY) I have ever come across as I'm a business owner who has liaised with many. Rubbish quality work and the internal structure is diabolical - full of disappointments.

I personally would not recommend. My grandfather passed in August last year and he and my Gran appointed Lee & Priestly (merged with LF) to undertake their will. Paul Loftus dealt with their estate; and it has taken them until today for everything to be finalised and released. We had to chase up on several occasions, voice messages requesting call backs were rarely actioned.

The staff are polite but I would not say 'friendly'. Though today was an exception; as there was lovely young Irish girl who was alone on reception when we arrived today at around 14:20.

If your thinking of using a solicitor please think again before using this firm. They never completed the work. Posted letters to incorrect addresses. Then charged extra for a late payment, which was there fault not ours. The work they did was for my parents of 82 years and 87 years of age. PLEASE PLEASE stay clear.

Absolutely amazing service from both Catherine Richardson and Kathleen Doherty with buying my first home. Catherine kept me regularly updated throughout the process and despite a few delays with the mortgage arrangements, Catherine and Kathleen went above and beyond to make sure that my house purchase was completed on time. Could not recommend them highly enough.

We stumbled across this firm when we were selling our house - the service was included in our estate agent fees. Very professional and kept us up to speed with progress at a very stressful time - thank you, highly recommend for residential property services.
