We were recommended by the EA of developer we were buying our home from. The whole process was explained in detailed by Nirali our solicitor and Jesh, her legal assistant who answered calls and emails promptly and dealt with all of our enquiries in a courteous manner. I was really impressed with the service we received. We are grateful for their patience and hardwork and definitely met and exceeded our expectations! They are very professional and highly recommended They are on top of everything.

First time buyers, please avoid. They are corporate and will take advantage of your naivety. I was very inexperienced when starting my purchase with Taylor Rose. My initial quote was 1150 for legal fees. This seemed like an excellent price. I quickly put lots of trust in my solicitor. It was very hard to get hold of my solicitor, he did not once answer his phone during a six month sale.

When completing, my legal fees had increased to 4079. This price was for legal fees, not extras such as 'searches'. I do not feel this was communicated to me. This price increase came with what felt like no warning. Had I not had support from family this would have crumbled my sale. First time buyers, please avoid, they are corporate and will take advantage of your naivety.

Nirali & Louise have been nothing but helpful throughout the entire process. With having difficult sellers it has been a huge reassurance to have solicitors that have kept in communication and as first-time buyers we could rely on them. I would absolutely recommend them and will be using them again in the future.

I have a very positive experience with Nirali and Louise. I really appreciate their professional knowledge and approach. They are always fast in replying my questions. I didn't realized there is a new law on Ground rent. Thanks to them I get my ground rent waived which helps me to save a substantial amount of money. This review is only being given five stars due to the fact that in the latter stage of our house purchase Solicitor Andrew Liddell took over our case were two others had failed with their lack of communication and extremely poor service to say the least! Andrews professionalism and communication skills were second to none he kept us up to date with everything that was going on and we could not have asked for better.

Used for the lease purchase of a new apartment. The conveyancer was extremely thorough and addressed many questions that other purchaser's solicitors had not queried. Communications were good and timely. The only issue with Taylor Rose as a whole is their terms which are extensive, at 70 plus pages just for a purchase, take ages to read and understand and are a bit off putting. Although I suppose it's just another example of their thoroughness.
