Tried to purchase a flat 18 months ago but couldn't get it through due to cladding issues (blessing in disguise). Used Bonnetts, paid their fees without delay when reached a dead end, but unsure why they didn't explain this issue which has been going on in the industry for 4 years post Grenfell but came to light in the media over past 18 months.

On contacting Rachel at Bonnetts she was friendly and highly efficient. She emailed me very reasonable quotes for two properties she was instructed on. She stuck to this price. Throughout the process, whilst aiming and beating the stamp duty clock, she was no less than fantastic. The staff and solicitors at this firm are truly professional and extremely capable.
