I engaged Kiran Walia and her team for a straightforward conveyancing matter. The fees were fair and transparent, she was very responsive and client oriented, which is unusual in my experience of conveyancers, especially given the market and volume of work this year for them. Nevertheless, even though it was a simple piece of work, I never once felt like I was low priority client for her. Highly recommended.

A very friendly professional service at a reasonable fee. I had an independent legal advice certificate to be produced within a few days after a zoom call and a short meeting in person the certificate with associated signed forms available to forward to lender.
