Our vendors used this firm. When there were hurdles in the chain it seemed their approach was that if they didn't know the answer, or didn't want to answer, they simply ignored the question. Very difficult to move forward without communication!

I rang them and asked to speak to a solicitor took all details didn't call me Terrible service

Popped in to drop some forms off. Have used them to do our Will, they are expensive but very professional.

Absolutely diabolical. Ignore emails and terrible communication. In their own time beit! Old fashioned and outdated, need to move with the times Do not recommend

We were recommended this firm for the sale of our home. On entering to try and make an appointment three female members of staff were behind reception discussing Internet shopping two in their early 20's and one a more mature lady with glasses when they realised my presence they stopped. The mature lady then abruptly said "Can I help" not even a "Hello" I explained what we were looking for when the telephone rang instead of letting one of the others answer it she looked down and took the call, I looked at the two young ladies who rolled their eyes, at this point I thought how rude and if this is the way clients or prospective clients are treated I would rather find a company who will appreciate my business and walked out, I certainly would not recommend this company and have now found another solicitors.

Very knowledgeable during a difficult claim against a family will. Kept informed at all times, felt extremely comfortable & supported when out of my depth with legalities. I have used Woolliscrofts soliceters for a Divorce, Probate, Litigation & propose to use them when I move house. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Used Woolliscrofts in the past with no problem for small jobs such as stat decs etc as my solicitor is based in London. Called this time and spoke to a lady who disregarded my request saying I should be a regular. Poor show from a local business.

Took all the payout! Left me with nothing. Mr Jones the partner here told me I would receive a big payout of tens of thousands after serious injuries. After many, many, years the insurance company paid out and Woolliscrofts kept all the money. I received nothing, not a penny! They refused to help, refused to pursue further, refused everything. Not recommended.
