Bennett Griffin was established in Worthing in 1990 by the merger of two established firms. We employ approximately 60 members of staff. By offering unequalled service to corporate and private clients, the firm has been able to maintain consistent growth, to the point where there are now four branches: Worthing, Ferring, Rustington and Crawley (by appointment).

Thank you Audrey Farley for acting on our behalf of the sale and purchase of a move for my mother. Audrey was very efficient throughout the process despite the challenges we faced from other solicitors in the chain who were not quite so on the ball. We thoroughly recommend using Bennett and Griffin.

It is very disappointing to to see the way BG have behaved recently with their blog effectively scare mongering people into coming to them by questioning the potential validity of documents that clients of another provider possess simply because that company was bought out of liquidation by another over 6 months ago. This is totally irresponsible behaviour, making many potentially vulnerable people worry for no reason whatsoever with the only beneficiary of that concern being yourselves. I do not think you have really considered how this reflects upon you going forwards - not the best marketing idea you've ever had I think!

Richard Arnold dealt with my property sale and onward purchase. As a third time purchaser, I have never been so well informed by my legal representative throughout the process. The information provided to me was extremely thorough and clearly explained, with the whole process being completely professional.

I share the thoughts of the previous poster - it is quite obvious that any company can say that another's work needs addressing - how would a client know this to be true. I know for a fact that both Bennett Griffin and Thy Will Be Done use Bona Fide registered Solicitors so who is to say one is correct and the other wrong? There is not a company out there that does not make errors. I think Paul Blackmoore is correct when he states about Karma. Poor form Bennett Griffin

My mother contacted the private client team at BGs Ferring office regarding some complicated finance concerns around my grandfather moving in with her. The team were super helpful and gave her some free advice which has worked out well so far. I know she will return when she needs some more formal work carried out.
