Avoid. Didn't do anything. The property didn't even get passed getting a mortgage as it was above a shop. Still got told to pay, because of the "printing" which costs apparently 90+VAT. Paid it, which isn't a problem but I think bought another place and obviously didn't use this firm. That's what's funny. They could've handled it properly and then I would've used them for the next property.

But because they were a money grabbing firm, I took my business elsewhere. Very backwards and old fashioned. Everything is manual with them, including the reception team. Avoid, unless you want to get charged for their air.

I have known founder for many years and shame he has apparently retired. Have to say worried looking at one of new appointed directors as she seems to have been at a number of practices without it working out

Incredibly slow to get any work completed, also really poor respond to correspondence
