I had to endure months of appalling third party service from James Jones. He decided to ignore my solicitor and the agents, failed in every aspect of diligence and dragged the whole conveyancing process on for five months. It was only when we intervened at a higher level did the property finally complete. I'm sure the company is fine, but avoid dealing with this individual.

Property legal team are absolutely appalling, caused huge delays (as in a month and a half) for no logical reason and huge lack of communication. I would avoid for any buying or selling.

Time wasters! Rang, spoke to a solicitor's clerk, gave relevant information & was told a solicitor would be in touch. After three weeks of waiting no response. Have now contacted a different law form!
