Duty solicitor had advice to my brother do plead guilty before the police and he will be released shortly and court found that my brother had a mental health issue and now he is in hospital for mental health treatment and he doesn't know what is guilty or not guilty.

I told a friend about Abbey based on my experience with them. He told me to look at the reviews, and I was surprised by many negative and nasty comments. My experience was professional and caring. The organisation that made the difference between life and death for me was Abbey. I was at my wit's end, being bullied by a local council over business rates.

I had bailiffs at my door, a paper trail of terror, and I could see no end to it. I had used Abbey for conveyancing in the past, so I approached them over this Business Rates issue. In days they had solved my problems. A bill of over 40,000.00 from the council reduced to under 400.00 and time to pay. They transformed my situation, and there are not enough thank yous in the world to express my gratitude for what they did for me.

If you have a problem with Abbey, contact them, they have a team that looks after client care, and they are regulated by the SRA, which assures you that any complaint will be looked into and reviewed fairly. We cannot lose great businesses like Abbey because of dubious iffy reviews and essays of pulp. So keep going, Nadeem and the team.

Abbey Solicitors: An absolutely fantastic law firm. Having recently gone through a terrible ordeal of being falsely accused I was recommended to a Mr N Ullah of Abbey Solicitors. Mr Ullah and his team took on my case and set to work. The team at Abbey are extremely professional, courteous and always made time for me. Every step of the process was communicated well and I knew my case was in excellent hands managed by a knowledgeable team. Myself and family have the greatest of respect for Mr Ullah and a Miss R Frost - Thank you so much for genuinely caring and going above and beyond. Mr Singh.

Wish there was 0 stars. My sister used them recently. Stay away from Abida Rehana and Nadeem. Nothing but sweet talkers and liars and milk you absolutely awful experience and tell you a load of BS. I have wasted so much time with them and my sister will be looking to sue them for negligence and breach of contract as they have been dishonest throughout.

They get referred cases from personal injury brokers and agree a fixed fee between them which is definitely dodgy. This is because the owner Nadeem is good friends with the brokers and they have some sort of dodgy deal hard to explain but they only care about making money for themselves doesn't matter what the client wants. The law society needs to close this misleading place down

Never go to these fraudulent people for personal injury. If you lose the case they'll hit with you disbursements invoice over 3K which they never make clear to you from the outset. Any reputable law firm takes out insurance to cover these said disbursements if a case is unsuccessful. If they do not then it is the duty of said solicitor to advise client that they have said insurance in place or purchase one to cover any costs which are payable if you lose the case.

They don't listen to you or heed your instructions just care about making money for themselves and are a selfish and immoral set of solicitors who have no clients best interests at heart. Dodgy, liars, fraudulent and this place needs to be shut down at once. Any complaints should be referred to the legal ombudsman like I will be doing in due course.

Absolutely cowboy solicitors and trick you into signing documents then charge you heavy costs without any warning Tell you one thing and do Another. Please do not use these solicitors for anything as they will rip you off and then charge you an arm and a leg for something you're not aware of

PLEASE AVOID! THEY WORK WITH THE POLICE. they have caused so much stress and pain! They work with the police! Both my brothers unfortunately were with abbey solicitors, I remember Janis telling my brother he will potentially go Jail for life on conspiracy to murder ( which caused him to have a mental break down) For something he did not do! Our new solicitors took him in, and got the charges dropped and got my brother a suspended sentence, so from telling my brother he will be in Jail for life to a suspended sentence is a big difference!

My other brother was only 17 when he went in for GBH and he was sentence to 8 years, our new solicitors were shocked as it's not possible, evidence to show my brothers innocence was tampered with, the barrister really didn't care and neither did Janis, They told us not to appeal it, we appealed his decision with our new solicitor and his sentence got reduced by 4 years, another massive difference.

When we tried changing solicitors over they wouldn't let us at all! even in the court room in front of the Judge they refused to let my brothers go, I wrote the letter to the owner and thankfully because I mentioned Allah, he gave instructions to let my brothers go to another firm. My brother was about to kill himself because of the pain they've caused him, I hope one day these people experience the same pain they put me and my family through, I wish no good upon these people. They are Evil people, money hungry, do not trust them Please I BEG EVERYONE DO NOT GO WITH THEM PLEASE. THEY WORK WITH THE POLICE.

I bought a property over a year ago and Abbey Solicitors represented the seller. There was an issue with the property that the seller was happy to work with me to correct but unfortunately the sales agent interfered and said the seller was going to withdraw. The only contact detailsI had for the seller were for his solicitors (Abbey Solicitors) so I contacted the to ask if it was true. My, the rudeness of the man.

He was aggressively shouting at me. Sheer unprofessionalism. I later found the email address of the seller and contacted them directly and found the agent had been untruthful and resolved the matter amicably no thanks to Abbey Solicitors. Later in the final stages of the property sales completion the sellers solicitor was stalling over a matter so again I had to contact the seller directly to resolve it.

They are meant to facilitate not obstruct. I will never use them after this experience. The solicitors attitude and approach was like an aggressive version of his East Enders name sake, BM :(

Do not use this company. The level of communication is poor. They are only after the fee that they get from the claim. During my claim, they failed to follow up on medical treatment, and when challenged, told me it was my fault as I had not reminded them. Did not provide breakdown of the claim and fee's. Failed to disclose additional costs (10% of the claim went to an insurance fee in case of no claim awarded) DO NOT USE

Warning. Choosing a solicitor is a very important choice to make. Please choose carefully. Abbey Solicitors will tell you that it's a no win, no fee situation. What they do not tell you is that if you lose the case, you will have to pay all of the court costs and the other sides costs. This company is unprofessional and their knowledge of the law is extremely limited.

They are only interested in signing up as many customers as they possibly can. They do not provide a real service. My son had his case thrown out of court because Abbey Solicitors did not prepare the case in the correct way. My son was left with a 10,000 bill and he will be made bankrupt if he does not sell everything that he owns to pay off this bill.

Please listen to others that have used this firm and please get advice from a real firm of Solicitors and not a company that just wants to make money at any cost to their clients

Worst solicitors in the world. Please take notice of others who have had a genuine experience with this company. My son was charged with handling stolen goods after he bought a mobile phone from the internet. When it got to court Abbey solicitors and the barrister that they recommended both told my son that he needed to plead guilty and all he would get was community work.

My son refused to plead guilty because he was not guilty. It became quite obvious that all Abbey solicitors wanted to do was make the job as easy as they could for themselves and then move on to the next client, who like my son would be only to eager to sign the legal aid papers that allowed Abbey solicitors to collect their money. Abbey solicitors told my son that there was no chance that he could be found not guilty and that he must plead guilty.

My son had no choice but to sack Abbey solicitors there and then. My son then went on to represent himself in a trial that lasted three days. He was found Not Guilty. Had he of listened to Abbey Solicitors, he would now be doing community work and paying off a hefty fine. Abbey solicitors have absolutely no knowledge of the law and it is criminal that they are allowed to continue in this field of business
